Rear Diff Seal

This info is credited to cmh1129 on toyotanation.com http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/85...-pictures.html -------------------------------------------------------------- The rear diff input seal is the one that goes bad 98% 0f the time. Causing the oil to leak out and the Differential to run dry. Please People, check this every time you change your Motor Oil . He needed a new rear bumper. While he was here, I quickly glanced under the van and noticed that his rear Diff seal was leaking.. as well as his Valve cover gasket and distributor shaft O ring . Distributor O-ring burning oil

This info is credited to cmh1129 on Toyotanation.com http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/85...ease-read.html I am unsure if this info is posted here on TVT. --------------------------------------------------------- I typically try to look for common issues with the vehicles I buy, so I know what to look for or change when I get the car. Steering under panel change

I finally came upon a manual previa. While looking at it, I noticed that the panel under the steering column was different in a sense that they left side had a compartment. So I decided to take it off. This was different as it did not have as many screws as other previas I had taken apart. I confirmed this when I took off the panel in my van. My van has a plate behind it and had more screws (3), but there was also a support bar where the compartment was. I took it out temporarily and is fits.
